A brother’s love. A village’s connection.

In loving memory of
Rao Ali Hamza Shaheed

My younger brother. Forever beloved.

Hamza was not only my younger brother; he held a place in my heart that words can never fully describe. As his elder brother, I carry my love for him in every part of my life. His memory is deeply precious to me, and this platform is a small expression of that enduring love.

I created BloodLink so that something meaningful could grow from that love: a way for our neighbours to stand beside one another when help is needed. Every connection made here is an opportunity to serve our community with kindness, dignity and care.

May Allah grant my beloved brother Rao Ali Hamza Shaheed the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdaws, surround him with His mercy, and make this effort a source of ongoing goodness in his memory. Ameen.

With love and remembrance,
Rao Israr Ahmad

Our home

One platform for Chak 13/1AL

In our village, finding a blood donor often begins with a message in a WhatsApp group. Important details can become scattered across conversations, and families may have to ask the same questions again and again.

BloodLink brings our village together in one shared place: a directory of consenting donors, blood requests, and personal donation records. My purpose is simple—to use technology in service of the people and place I call home.

Our village join code is CHAK13-1AL. Create an account, request to join, and wait for coordinator approval. The code helps you find our network; it does not unlock anyone’s private records.

About the founder

Dr. Rao Israr Ahmad

I am Rao Israr Ahmad, elder brother of Rao Ali Hamza Shaheed and the first PhD doctor from Chak 13/1AL. Whatever I learn and achieve, my connection to my village remains a central part of who I am.

I hold an MS in Pattern Recognition and Intelligence Systems from the School of Electrical Engineering and Automation at Beihang University, and a PhD in Computer Science and Technology.

My research interests include smart cities, remote sensing, satellite and UAV navigation and path planning, adversarial machine learning, and occluded object tracking. Through BloodLink, I hope to bring the value of that education back to my community in a practical, human way.
